I received this for Christmas and thought this was a high end item. After it stopped working two weeks following Christmas I didn’t have any reason to believe it was because of cost. The problem is indeed the price! The problem is the construction itself. Nothing is sturdy and it comes apart too easily after four or five cleanings. Definately not good for anything but a countertop decoration!

I wanted a blender to make smoothies. This one can barely blend a banana with ease. I am going to try and return it. If you need to chop more than one ice cube at a time, go elsewhere.

I bought this in december 09 and it died in April 10. I used it 4-5 days a week for a smoothie in the morning. The vortex part was good initially but soon stopped sucking all the mixture down. The blades are now frozen and when I called about the 3 year warranty I was told blades are not covered and it would be 5.99 to replace them. For a blender that lasted 5 months, I don’t think it’s worth the money.

looked pretty good, gave it to my grandmother for her smoothies. She likes it a bunch.

I rarely write a negative review but…I bought a Wave Express at Publix. A week later the bolt was stripped. I mailed it for a replacement and received NO response from the company (It’s been over 6 months). Stupidly, I bought another one at Publix and it is junk. I can’t remove the blade and the plastic is crummy. Grrrr….Terrible product AND company to deal with.
