I’ve tried everything from a Silvia with a Rocky (too much tinkering, not my idea of fun) to a Jura Super that did not make a decent espresso, not to mention a cappuccino.
I’ve had this one for 3 days and the espresso is fantastic, the aerocappuccino makes magic with the milk.
I agree with a previous poster that the way to do it is to run the hot water first in your cup, then run the coffee. It will be hot.
Also, I’ve read on some other board that there are some problems with machines made in China. This one that I got from Amazon is made in Switzerland.
Also, when you first run the machine you need to run the water 6 times and if it does not run you need to lift the top lever completely for 3 seconds. If that does not do it, do not panic. I had to do it twice, and then it worked like a charm.

Amazing purchase for espresso and capuccino fans – a must have item to your house. The capsule system is just perfect – no trouble to have your espresso ready in just a few seconds.
The aeroccino (which I buyed in a bundle with le cube) just turned the product complete. Delicious milk froth for a fantastic cappucino – don’t have to go to Starbucks for that no more.
Nespreso offers 16 different kinds of coffee, each with their individual caracters. Even the decaf ones are good!
Very satisfied with this purchase – would highly recommend to everyone.

I’ve been an espresso lover for several years and have owned several household coffee/espresso makers. For the past couple years, I’ve been using a stove-top espresso maker. I asked a friend who owned a coffee shop if there were any noncommercial machines that made a decent espresso. He wasted no time informing me of this excellent product. I did some research and decided to get the combo and have never looked back.
This is the first machine I have ever used that makes such a delicious cup of espresso, glorious crema and all. The machine comes with a variety of coffees but after trying all of them, I’ve pretty much narrowed down my selections to about two espresso varieties, one of their lungos (taller cup) and one of the decafes.
I’m lucky enough to live close to one of the boutique stores located in South Beach where I bought several sleeves of refills and have already joined the online club and ordered more. The cost is more than using ground coffee but less and equally as good if not better than any coffee shop.
The Aeroccino Plus works flawlessly, is thoughtfully designed and consistantly creates mounds of delicious froth.

If you like real espresso and cappuccino like they serve in italy, this is worth every cent! The pods show up very fast and the ristretto taste perfetto! We have bought the more traditional types of machines including a mid grade DeLonghi which which we returned. That model was not consistent.
This nespresso makes a perfect cup every time and the frother works like a dream. Quiet and fast. I recommend warming the milk with the frother since cold milk makes the espresso a bit chilly (if you use milk). We have enjoyed macchiati every morning since we purchased it. 55 cents a cup is a bargain for perfection.

I didn’t want to spend the amount of money that I did for this machine. I checked out other types/brands, but decided for the Nespresso. I’m VERY glad I did. My husband was very skeptical because of the price and he thought I wouldn’t use it…he uses it more than I do and loves it too.
It is so easy to use and clean. No grinding of the beans and hardly any clean up. I also really enjoy the aeroccino – it hardly takes any time at all to froth your milk for the perfect cappuccino.
The espresso capsules taste wonderful! I have tried every flavor that Nespresso offers – love them all.
Do not hesitate in purchasing this machine – a great purchase – WORTH EVERY PENNY!
